Optifile works with suppliers, equipment and external services used in daily practice, allowing information to flow without every component becoming a separate island.
ORDERING FROM SUPPLIERS
Different routes, from the same process.
Optifile supports several ways to place orders with suppliers. Through Optiplaza, orders can be exchanged digitally with connected spectacle lens and contact lens suppliers. There is also a direct OptiTrade connection for contact lenses. Orders for spectacle lenses, contact lenses and parts for frame repairs can also be sent to suppliers by email.
EQUIPMENT
Use measurement data where it is needed.
Optifile can work with equipment through Hoya, Zeiss, Essilor, Rodenstock, OptiekXL, EyeVinci and Optic Works, among others. These parties supply their own equipment and in some cases equipment from other brands such as Nidek and Topcon. Depending on the connection, data can be imported from equipment and, where supported, also sent from Optifile to equipment.
SERVICES & CONNECTIONS
Connected beyond the ordering process.
Optifile also works with a range of external services, including payments, optometry, communication, marketing and healthcare claims.
Payments
Pay from the same process.
Card payments can be linked to the Optifile till. For online payments, customers can pay via options including Wero/iDEAL.
Optometry
Send examination data securely.
For sending and exchanging information with hospitals, RWD and other healthcare organisations, Optifile supports several collaborations for optometrists.
Communication & marketing
Communication can also be outsourced.
Would you like to outsource mailings, customer communication or printed materials entirely or in part? Optifile can make data available to various specialised partners.
Healthcare claims
Process reimbursements without duplicate work.
Would you like to apply for a healthcare reimbursement on behalf of your customer and optionally have it paid directly to your store? Optifile supports several options for this.
